I need to write a letter for my sister-in-law who was denied US visa twice. she is gonna apply visa again in a week. So, I need to write a letter for US Consular to consider her visa application. I invite her to attend my commencement which will be held in May 12, 2019. Just explain that my sister-in-law has played a big role in my education. So, her presence in my commencement will encourage me very much.
