1) What do you believe will be the consequences of raising the federal minimum wage to $15?Include in your analysis who will be the winners and who will be the losers of such a higher minimum wage.

2) What has been the experience of cities which have significantly raised the local minimum wage (e.g., Seattle).

3) Your analysis and discussion should culminate in a graph in which you show how the unskilled labor market is affected by raising the federal minimum wage.
