I really enjoyed Dr. Bill's TedX talk and was very delighted how his father taught him a very important lesson that compassion and treating the customer as one of your family members create a unique experience which makes them feel like there's one place that they are listened and cared about. I agree by offering a family-like an experience we generate a special feeling for the place which we associate with the place and that really helps to create economic value. The biggest and most important lesson on how to create economic value is to provide a customer with an experience that is worth paying
