I really enjoyed researching WorldCom and understanding what led to the implementation of SOX. I have researched ENRON before but not WorldCom. I enjoyed dissecting the financial statements and trying to understand if I would have noticed the fraud if I did not know it was there. After this class, I think my concentration should have been Forensic and not Management. Forensic accountants are the detectives of the financial world.
