I recently did a statistic research study, this study is talking about the retailers developing an online business under COVID-19. So my research questions follow below. So each research I really want to know the hypothesis assumption, such as H0, H1, reject, or alternative assumption. Please give me full detail to explain these research questions.

Question 1: Can the grocery retailer increase sales to develop online business under COVID-19?

Question 2:Does have a market or consumers that would consider online shopping rather than traditional shopping under pandemic?

Question 3: Do retailers and retail investors should consider the investment when companies decide to develop an online business model under COVID-19?
