I ride my bicycle to work from where I park my car. On my way to work I stop at the JPAExtended and JPA intersection stop light, headed west. The road that leads to the light is a secondary road andvery rarely do I get a green light immediately. The stretch of the road leading to the stop light is downhill soas soon as I see the red light, I stop as far up that hill as possible. Why do I do that and not bike all the way tothe bottom of the hill to the intersection where the lights are? Note: This is an essay question.
