1. I say No that Donna is not allowed to treat Mary. My answer is no because for one emotional eating and an eating disorder are two different things. Disordered eating is a specialized area that requires a specific training and expertise method. Donna may have worked with someone in the past with an emotional eating disorder but in order for her to help Mary she needs the proper training and experience to fully understand and give the best solution to Mary's eating disorder. The steps Donna should take in order to help Mary is learn about eating disorders, take the neccessary training that is required for dealing with eating disorders, and learning about proper nutrition so she can get Mary back on the right path so she can overcome her eating disorder.
