I think an optimal training and learning environment would be one in which people were properly educated on up-to-date information in a fun and engaging way that also encouraged questions and participation. This may look like a team meeting with company-bought breakfast wherein the management goes over things employees may already know, as well as any potential updates that may have been made. I think in group settings like this, it makes sure that people don't feel they've been singled out or feel too much pressure to ask questions. This may also look like a message board that all company members have access to where they are allowed to reach out and ask questions whenever they have them, rather than pressuring them to ask questions at certain times (when they may not even know what they need to know more about yet). I think allowing new employees to observe the work structure and flow as part of a small (3-5) person group would also be extremely beneficial, as many people learn best from "shadowing" and are able to pick up the work more quickly as a result. A larger group wouldn't be as beneficial because it would almost encourage people
