I think both the PowerPoint and Chapter 9 provided a lot of clarification with regards to the concept and function of logic models. Previously, while I understood what a logic model was, I struggled with building my own for different projects and proposals and identifying which pieces go where. This week's PowerPoint laid it out in a way that finally clicked in terms of identifying the underlying scientific method upon which the project is built - identifying the hypothesis within the research and the organization's mission, as well as breaking down the "needs" concept.
