I think it is great you are both researching workplace bullying. As adults we tend to think of bullying as a "kid thing". BUT! Man have some people not gotten out of middle school. It can greatly effect an employees satisfaction and motivation. Unhappy employees just can't perform as effectively as happy employees. We sometimes forget to look at the bully's performance as well though. Often time they are not productive either. So allowing workplace bullying makes the entire establishment less productive in general
