I think that if there was a possibility to sell organs like kidneys, the problem of exploitation would become evident in impoverished communities, particularly among individuals who are unable to make decisions independently due to their mental condition. Initially, I don't think this would be a problem, but eventually, it would become apparent because there will always be people seeking to make easy money. Similar to many other countries, we all face financial difficulties and would be willing to do whatever it takes, even if it involves selling an organ at a low price. There are numerous instances worldwide that demonstrate how paying for organs brings no benefit to the seller. "Many people in Pakistan donate their kidneys to escape from bonded slavery, but they lack the funds to start a new life and often end up in debt again" (Adair A, Wigmore SJ, 2011). I think if we allow the sale of organs like kidneys, it will only lead to the emergence of a black market in the US, which is currently not something we have to deal with. Even if the government tries to regulate prices and maintain strict control, we can be certain that there will always be people who exploit the situation
