I think that the "anytime, anywhere" digital workplace has a huge impact on work-life balance. I think it has both positive and negative impacts on my health and personal life. It is extremely convenient to be able to send messages or accomplish things at home or on the go but at the same point there is a downside to that. People tend to bring their work home with them a lot more now as it is not only more convenient for you to reach others anytime, anywhere but it is easier for others to reach you which can leave people feeling drained when they receive more work assigned to them after they've gone home. do you agree or disagree, why or why not. Remote work absolutely does require discipline and boundaries. It does take time, but once those boundaries are established, we can truly appreciate the advantages and flexibility it provides!
