I think the only caveat to monitoring the behavior of employees is how fairly it is enforced. If organizational culture is based on beliefs, perspectives, and the standards of the organizations (Huang et al., 2024) then the standards of a company need to be upheld at all times. I feel like this would apply to teachers and Christian organizations more than any other company. As a teacher in teacher preparation program, your image is hammered into you. How the community perceives you is an important part of your teacher credibility. If a person is not living up to those standards then a school may not be connected with them for long. There have been reports of teachers losing their jobs because of alcohol consumption (off the job), social media presence (non-job related), and other things. Christian organizations would be similar because of the perception they must have in the community and their employees are an extension of that. With that being said, it must be handled fairly and enforced equally across the board. It cannot be used for the lower level employees and not the higher level employees. It also cannot be used for retaliation
