I think using thermal imaging devices is reasonable for police to collect evidence before applying for a warrant. Criminals are using tech and devices, State court needs to update the police's right to use more tech and devices to protect police with the same rights. it also reinforces the concept and goal that all citizens are entitled to equal and equitable treatment ( Introduction to Law, 7th Edition Chapter 2 23, 25 )
