Accidental Termination' Category at Twitter

As you may or may not have heard, there have been a large number of layoffs at Twitter since the company was purchased by Elon Musk. There have been so many in fact that the human resources department had to create a new 'accidental termination' category in order for the company to be able to hire some back. I want each of you to prepare a one to two page (500 - 600 words) summary on whether or not you believe this represents a success or failure of the company's human resources department. In other words, based on the information discussed in this week and previous week's assignments, does this process represent a satisfactory outcome for the situation involved.
