Mr. B without thinking that it is an illegal activity gets convinced and starts delivering the same to all the customers against the consideration of 10% of the total profit. One day Mr. B takes the advance payment from a customer and do not deliver him the product, the said customer registers a case of fraud against Mr. B who is acting on behalf of Mr. A.

Explain the following in the light of above mentioned Scenario:

1) Can Mr. B deliver these products on behalf of Mr. A, if no then support your answer with logical argument keeping in view the contract of agency.
