I want to design a variable which shows the percentage of available bikes (all kinds) in comparison to the capacity of bikes in each station. Then use this variable to control the size of the data point (dot) in the scatterplot to visualize the current availability of each station.

I also want to find a way in Python

to have a function that uses the latitude and longitude of a potential biker

(input) to locate the closest station with an available bike.
