I want to start an app development company. I also want that company to develop a platform that users can search any movie or show title and find out where they can stream it so they can watch their shows fast. I do not want to stream the shows or movies, i simply want to provide a searchable database for titles, user reviews for streaming service platforms, links to the streaming services, and user reviews for the shows/movies themselves. I would want art/posters for the images of the movies with the information.

1. What kind of licenses would I need to start conducting business? Are there any professional licenses I will need? 2. What types of insurances will I need?

3. What contracts will I need to have in order to get your business up and running? Will I need a lease? What kind of contracts will I need for my clients? How about for vendors? What kind of contract will I have with any people I might be starting the business with (ie. Partnership agreements or Operating Agreements)? Can I draft the contracts up myself, or will I need to hire an attorney to help?
