"[0:00:00] null: [0:00:04] spk_0: {{NAME}}, thank you for calling Experience {{ORGANIZATION+ORGANIZATION}}. My name is [PII]. I'm happy to help you today. *** I please have your membership ID or social security number so we can pull up the account? [0:00:17] spk_1: Ok. Um Yes, I got it. Well, my social is [PII] [PII]. [0:00:27] spk_0: Thank you so much and then for your protection. *** I please have your full name and the date of birth? [0:00:33] spk_1: Yes. My full name is [{{ORGANIZATION+ORGANIZATION}}] date of birth is *** {{DATE_OF_BIRTH}}. [0:00:43] spk_0: Thank you. So what is uh can you also provide to me your middle initial? [0:00:50] spk_1: [PII] [0:00:51] spk_0: thank you and I see. Thank you so much. Now, what is the last name again? [0:00:58] spk_1: Well, you *** be having issues. My last name used to be [PII] but I'm married now. So my last name is now [PII]. [0:01:05] spk_0: Uh what is your last uh previous last name? [0:01:09] spk_1: [PII]? [0:01:12] spk_0: I see. Thank you. And how *** I help you today? So [0:01:15] spk_1: I wanted to change my plan to the, the monthly um three and one [0:01:21] spk_0: pool [0:01:22] spk_1: and I'm not seeing that option online. So I had a couple questions first. I want to know what is the name of the monthly plan? The one that allows you to see a three bureau credit report every month. What's the name of that one? [0:01:36] spk_0: Yeah, so the name of that plan is experience credit works premium. Actually, you can see it on your end and it has a free seven days trial. You can type in on the {{ORGANIZATION+ORGANIZATION}} search bar um experience premium plan. And the first result that you're going to see that compare identity theft protection plan and pricing, you can click that link and you will redirect to the page where you can see the well, [0:02:08] spk_1: let me say this. I'm looking right here and it says experience credit work premium plan but that says that it offers quarterly three bureau reports and scores. That's not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for the one that allows monthly three bureau reporting scores. [0:02:24] spk_0: Mm ok. So for this one we have here the credit to premium that cost $24.99. And it allows you to view the three bureaus credit report once in every 30 days and the feature like lock in and lock, but it does not have any free trial. And it's the cost of that membership is $24.99 per month. So [0:02:52] spk_1: which one is $29? [0:02:55] spk_0: Oh, the $29. Let me see here. So one moment please. So the $29 is actually the identity works premium or also known as the family plan. So this one, it only allows you to uh view the credit report three years, credit report quarterly. But the additional feature on this membership is you can add uh a second adult and your Children if you have a Children. So you can also add your Children on the family plan. [0:03:46] spk_1: Ok, so, so I get this right. The identity works is for a family plan but it still only allows you quarterly pools. [0:03:55] spk_0: Correct? Yes. [0:03:57] spk_1: Ok. So the one that's credit work allows you monthly posts. Is that correct? [0:04:03] spk_0: Yeah, so the credit works premium is the one that allows you to view the three bureaus report monthly. [0:04:11] spk_1: Ok, so one second for, I don't understand why I'm reading here on the site, it says experience credit works premium and it says quarterly three bureau report and {{NAME+NAME}} score. I don't understand. [0:04:28] spk_0: Uh the name of this one. It's identity works premium. So there's two types or different types of membership. It's uh it uh there [0:04:41] spk_1: must be a mistake, there must be a mistake on your website then because I'm reading something different than what you're telling me. [0:04:49] spk_0: Mm [0:04:50] spk_1: um [0:04:50] spk_0: Are you on [0:04:51] spk_1: the [0:04:51] spk_0: side that I told you to run through or uh that this is on your account? [0:04:58] spk_1: Yeah, I'm on credit check, total.com under experience the verification and I think that's why I'm confused because it's saying one thing but you're saying that it does a different thing. Like I can take a picture and show you what I'm seeing. But I, I also, I work with different clients so I want to be able to tell them the correct um the correct. I work with them in helping them with credit repair. I wanna be able to tell them which one to select, that allows them to view the report every month. So I just wanted to be to confirm with you the name of that so that I'm not, you know, telling my clients anything wrong. [0:05:43] spk_0: Yes. So actually here in experience, the membership plan divides into two types. One, it names credit works and the other one is identity works. So I think the one that you're seeing on your end is says identity works premium, which also cost $24.99 where you can only view it um quarterly. So aside from that, there is also called {{ORGANIZATION+ORGANIZATION}}, but that is the family plan uh the one that I mentioned a while ago. So mhm. So the difference for that is the it cost $29.99. So it's called family plan because you can add uh another adult and aside from that, uh your Children can also protect by having that. So on the credit works, it has um credit works premium which allows you to view the previous credit report once in every 30 days. And lock and unlock your credit file. And that one cost $24.99 as well. [{{NAME+NAME}}: All right. Well, thank you for confirming that for me. So that moving forward, I can tell the right things, but I do want to continue to let you know that what I'm seeing here and what is showing in front of my face right now. I'm reading verbatim. It says experience credit work premium and underneath it it shows the benefits and it says quarterly three bureau report and cycle score. So that is what I'm seeing, which is um uh different from what you're saying. But I do understand what you're saying. I appreciate you. [0:07:35] spk_0: Mhm I apologize for that inconvenience but let me go ahead and file a complaint about this as well. So I'll let the uh let the hire department to know that there is something wrong on the website that they can fix. Ok. [0:07:50] spk_1: Yeah. Would you like me to send a picture? [0:07:52] spk_0: Uh Yeah, sure. You can also do that. [0:07:56] spk_1: Ok. What is connected? Because I I'd love to show you that so that somehow that can be fixed because this is something I've seen happen a few different on a few different occasions. And I think that's what's been confusing me. So that *** help. [0:08:10] spk_0: Yeah, so you can send the screenshot or that picture on the email [PII] [PII]. Uh Yeah, sure. [{{ORGANIZATION+ORGANIZATION}}] spk_1: One second. Ok. [PII] [0:08:28] spk_0: [PII] [PII] [0:08:33] spk_1: [PII]. Alrighty um I'm gonna send it right now and then hopefully is it getting sent to you and then maybe you can see it and then talk to me while one phone. [0:08:53] spk_0: Um unfortunately this one is being sent directly to the back office team, the account specialist. So they're the one who's going to communicate to you with uh through the email. Ok, but I already done. Mhm. Uh yes I'm so sorry to interrupt but I already done um filing a complaint about your concern as well. [0:09:15] spk_1: Thank you so much. I sent the picture. Um well, my other question I wanted to ask is do you all have any things put in place um like like a discount or anything? Because I work with your site daily with a lot of different clients. So I, I refer people to credit check total.com to uh be able to view their credit reports monthly. And I know somebody was telling me that there's a way that I could get some type of, I don't know like referral system set up to where I get percentages for doing that. I'm working directly with you. You all, do you have anything put in place like that? [0:09:54] spk_0: Mhm. Unfortunately for this one, let me check here if you have that because um if you're asking for the discount, the con uh consumer can directly go to the experience website and once they create the account on their end, they were going to see the discounted price uh for those uh pay the membership. So for example, uh for the credit works premium that is cost $24.99 sometimes on their end. Uh, it only cost $19.99. So that is a discounted price that only available on their end and not here. [0:10:38] spk_1: I understand. Ok. Well, thank you. Um, I'm actually gonna call back to, um, arrange things with my account as far as changing it or getting set up with the right membership, but I did wanna get that straight first, so I appreciate you explaining [0:10:54] spk_0: it to me. Mhm. You're very welcome. Is there anything else? [0:10:57] spk_1: No ma'am. Have a good day. [0:10:59] spk_0: You too. So we appreciate you calling us today. If you have further questions, you can visit experience.com or call us by phone. Thank you for calling experience. Have a great day. Bye. [0:11:08] spk_1: You too. Bye bye. "
