You can pick any of the cases, and there are some very interesting ones. In our classes, I have emphasized how businesses want predictability from the law. They want to know that if they act a certain way, they will get a result. I have taught how courts provide that predictability by the idea of "stare decisis", or following prior court decisions. For you Honors Students, I want a page summary of what you heard, and then how this may affect other court rulings in the future. tells me what at least 3 judges said, and then give meyour prediction about how the court will rule in this case, and why, and what your opinion of that would be.
