I was asked to discuss my understanding of the "Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB)" as the last part of the Public Company Requirements.I am to use the resources provided (below), and any other sources I think could be relevant. I need to have basic understanding of the PCAOB and all of its services, activities, and roles. It's encouraged I use the PCAOB website to find information about Auditing standards, Inspection, and Enforcement.
