I was discussing with another student the advantages of linear programming and they brought up how it could be used to predict a rise in sales as an adaption to change. My question for you is do you think this is useful? Do you see linear programming being beneficial in this instance? What other examples could you provide? Do you think that the uses of linear programming will vary depending on business type?
