I was given this program problem for a class. We can right the program in any language from C, C++, Java, Python, ect. Problem is it has been awhile since I programmed in any language. I was wonder if anyone could assist me in least getting started writing said program in C or Java (I'm leaning towards C as I was told it was easier)
