I was working at the Canada Trust Bank when it was purchased by the Toronto Dominion Bank. The Toronto Dominion Bank was much bigger and had a much stronger corporate culture than did the Canada Trust Bank. As such, those of us from the Canada Trust Bank were happy to adopt the cultural values of the Toronto Dominion Bank. This is representative of: O a. Integration O b. Assimilation OC. Yielding O d.
