I will create a professional learning series surrounding Systemic Thinking and Practice by creating job titles on one side of an index card, and on the back, it will state why this job is so important. With every job title in my school community, from custodial staff to Principal, a scenario will be placed on the card indicating what would happen if this position was not held. Once all positions have been acknowledged for their pivotal role and importance to the school community, there will be a movement activity game where we all have to use one of each other's body parts to succeed in a mission. There will be a missing part: the job position in the school, and we will not be able to complete the mission. This mission will show how Systems Thinking sees an organization as a whole, and without each position, the mission can not be fulfilled. As the professional learning series continues, I will dive into what makes up systems thinking, the components of systems thinking, etc
