I work for my family's construction company, MC Constructors and a section of the company is dedicated to renovating houses. Before selecting a project we look at many factors. The primary ones being how much money will be needed for the renovation, how long it will take to complete the construction, and how much the house can go back on the market for. Once we approve a house we like to split the project into two smaller projects, just as discussed in Chapter 3. I'm usually in charge of all the interior, while my father takes on the exterior. To initiate the project we like to create a budget and a schedule. In the budget sheet we explain all the repairs needed and what's the most we can put in that area to not pass our limit. The schedule helps us keep a steady pace so we don't take too long and miss any deadlines
