I would have to say that of the four things identified to create a culture compatible with change is establishing the vision. Establishing the vision is the key component to make change happen because without the vision employees and/or organizations won't be willing to change. Without a great vision the organization cannot come together to achieve common goals. Vision serves as a guiding force and a source of inspiration for the entire organization. Without establishing the vision, goals will not be met, and you will have an unsuccessful organization
