DJ Mathis, the owner of Covers Books, introduced a loyalty card program, Readers, approximately six months ago. As part of the program, members that have accrued 200 points or more are eligible to receive a 10% discount voucher. Your first task is to create a spreadsheet to record customer information for the loyalty program. 1.1.
