I would like help to respond to the below Statement:

I have read the capstone project student guide and the organization that comes to my mind, would be the bridge program for the Organizational Management Program! The project with ORM that I'm conducting would be a project starting a program for students who come to the program with no credits or under 60 credits. This program is a program for working adults 25 or older than either have an associate's degree or have 60 credit hours or above. This bridge program would allow the students to still be affiliated with ORM while obtaining the necessary 60 credit hours to bridge themselves directly into the program. They would attend classes every night instead of the traditional twice a week, Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-10 p.m., they would attend classes Monday-Saturday 6-10 p.m. until they reach the required 60 to 73 credit hours. This project would be a great addition to this program allowing more and more students to obtain their Bachelor's degree in 2 years or less. This also will increase enrollment and create opportunities for working adults who wish to obtain their Bachelor's Degree in 2 years or under.
