On June 29th, 2020, 10 year old Ricardo Green was injured due to the accident caused by the broken sidewalk that Roscoe Electrical company left without preparing after putting a street light for your rental property at 3149 Jasper Street that was due for occupation on July 1, 2020.

Ricardo had emergency treatment at Hope Hospital because he sustained extreme injuries to his face that he had difficulty with, an open laceration that required stitches, a chipped tooth that required dental surgery and a permanent scar.

Roscoe Electrical Company irresponsible left the sidewalk unrepaired even causing this accident. This company had a contract with you therefore you are responsible.

This letter is to demand compensation for the injuries and damages that my client and his parents suffered because of your carelessness. The damages include medical bills, lost pay because Mr. and Mrs. Green had to close their business while caring for their son.

Total Damages $49335

To reimburse Ricardo Green for the agony, anguish, and his family for the financial losses due to injury caused by the carelessness of Roscoe Electrical Company, I demand the total amount of $49,335 be paid.
