I would like to know how to form a company in Australia in terms of registration form, any fee needed for registration with ASIC, any consents needed to obtain before my application can be lodged to AISC, any preparation of constitution needed for the company? outline of the books, records and registers that the company must establish after it is formed and can the company's invoices set out its ABN instead of its ACN?
