I would like to understand When we find the area between two curves, normally we integrate with respect to x, and on our graph we draw a thin x strip. So the area of our rectangle is the height or y=f(x) * width of x strip. So how do we find the area by working with y, instead?

Can someone walk me thru step by step please ?
