Section 1: Value Pillar Differences (4 sub-sections in your document for this section) o First, explain in your own words the differences between both sides of each value statement (1 subsection for each Value Pillar) Section 2: My Organization (4 sub-sections in your document for this section) o Then taking the organization you work in, into consideration: For each value statement of the Agile Manifesto, document which side of the value statement your organization puts its greater emphasis and tell me why you indicate that. (1 subsection for each Value Pillar) Secondly, indicate if you feel it would be valuable in each value statement, for your organization to change its emphasis and what you think might be the end result if the change takes place. Again, you will do this for each value statement. o Please think this through as this is an analysis exercise. There are no wrong answers here.

If you currently are not working, please use an organization as an example that you have worked with in the past. If you have not, then use BCIT as your example taking into account the experiences you have had so far.
