I would like your examples of two methods of managing inventory at the DC level and Manufacturing level in what you've seen (or absence of these) in the places you've worked for or have experience with (from family and friends for example). Can you see some elements adapted but not others? Do you think it is important that DRP and MPS are connected? What if the two firms don't share common ownership? Please share your thoughts.
