I wrote litterature review for my dissertation titled Role Of Effective Marketing in Customer Retention in The Streaming Industry - A Perspective from Netflix Case in the US.

My lecturer provided feedback and i am stuggling to correct the assignment. i need you to ameliorate it following the following comments:-You need to identify and critique a lot more studies. You are to review the studies already conducted not suggesting what should be done-Make sure you are not using any Articfical Inteligencesoftware .- Write an approprate conceptual framework-You need to critique the many studies to show this gap-Your literature review should not include Netflix in section 4 (Delete everything about Netflix and make it broad to the entire industry.)- In sum, be more critical
