2. Which is the job of the Board of Directors of a company and who choose them?
3. Name at least 5 companies in which Carl Icahn has been an investor.
4. Tappan was one of the first Icahn's investments, why Carl invested in it? Which was the stock's price and value according to Icahn?
5. Is Carl Icahn a vulture/pirate investor who takes advantage of shareholders and management, or is him a someone who defends the shareholders and makes corporate governance better? Justify
6. Read or hear (available in Blackboard) Rudyard Kipling's poem: IF- and discuss why many investors, including Warren Buffett, believe that it is an Investor's Athem and how it relates to investing.
