2b. Assume that Lenovo and HP are considering whether to use the latest 'Intel Core i7' or 'AMD Ryzen 7' CPUs on their upcoming high-performance laptops. The payoffs represent the profit in thousands ($1,000s) for the sale of these devices, and are given in the normal form of the game below: Lenovo Intel Core AMD Ryzen 17 7 1030, X HP Intel Core i7 950, 1200 AMD Ryzen Y, 1100 800, 1248 Select a value for X between [700 - 1100] and a value for Y between [600-1300] except '950'. i) Using the underlining method, find any pure strategy Nash equilibrium or equilibria in the above game. Be sure to show the values underlined. ii) List any Dominant Strategies that might exist in the above game. iii) Suppose that Lenovo recently won the 2020 Musai-Tech Global Award for best laptop performance and durability, which caused an increase in the demand for their laptops. As a result, Lenovo can increase their payoffs by 25% if they select AMD Ryzen 7 processors or by 45% if they select Intel Core i7 processors. Rewrite the normal form of the game given these changes to Lenovo's payoffs. iv) Given the new game from part (iii) above, find any pure strategy Nash equilibrium or equilibria, using the underlining method. v) List any Dominant Strategies that might exist in the game from part (iii) above
