Idea: The CDC upper management thinks there is tremendous value of building a product to report and track COVID-19 cases in the United States. Goal of the activity: By the end of the class, students need to write and finalize the Project Overview Statement (POS). Students need to do the following:

1- Define high-level Requirements

2- Write POS

3- Create Requirements Breakdown Structure (RBS)

4- Assess completeness of requirements

5- Determine best-fit PMLC 6- Approve POS
