Miss S. worked as a model. The XY company offered her a bikini photo shoot. Miss S. signed the contract with XY company because she knows this company is a big name in the modeling industry.

The photo shoot was in an old factory building in January. When she arrived in the building feels there is very cold and the heater doesn't work, and there were too many people way more than she thought. Miss S wanted to resign that work because she felt uncomfortable wearing a bikini front of so many people in the cold building.

The photographer Mr.Tomas and Mr.Hofman the director of the company said Miss S has not any chance to resign and if she leave they do everything they can to stop her working as a model and they let her know they know everybody in the modeling industry.

During the photo shoot the director Mr.Hofman wants to be closer and closer to her, he gave kisses and hugs even though Miss S. didn't want to.

When she's done with the work and wanted to leave the building, she didn't find her car key and when she asked them, one of the man jus gave her back. She tried to ask him what's happened? and why her key was by the men? They just laughed at her. When she sees her car than she realized they used the that without her permission during the time when she was busy with the work.

The contract said she will get her check in the next 3 business days but she didn't get anything yet, they refuse to pay her for the work.

After few weeks she saw her photos on the internet and Miss S. doesn't know what's happening because the contract what she signed said the photos going to the magazine not on the internet.
