Identify a problem you want to solve at an individual organization Problem: (Automotive Union Strike)

a.  Task 1 will identify a problem on a topic of interest relating to a single business or organization. The topic should have a meaningful, relevant, and researchable aspect (Automotive Union Strike). How do you know it is a problem?

b.  Task 2 must include supporting information to assist in explaining the problem (3) Core References from the literature, 3 Seminal References from the literature review. Use these to explain and support why this is a problem and why it is a problem worth solving.

c.  Task 3 The final should be a brief description of the industry, the business/organization that you identified, the actual problem, and after reviewing the project types available, what project you want to utilize for solving this problem. Why do you think this project will work best with this problem and the business/ organization?
