Identify any five customers who are willing to participate in a short survey. Have the identified customers complete the survey in Figure 5.11 next page. Hand in your completed surveys to your instructor. The instructor will combine your survey results with those from the other students and provide the results in a table similar to the TSL findings. Then answer the following questions: What were your key findings from your survey research? Were your results similar to those from the case? What other questions would you add if you were to do the research survey again?
