These can be in the areas covered in the course or can be "outside the box" as well. (located in Module 6, Part 2). The actions should be stated using the "SMART" framework of Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-Bound (information about SMART objectives are in the linked document). Provide a short justification by identifying key outcomes, or improvements, for each of your recommendations that will be accomplished. You should cite the source of your ideas
