• Identify at least three (3) significant technology providers with a strong presence in Japan (headquarters, major manufacturing, R&D, etc.). They may provide any combination of software, hardware, telecom, or services directly tied to the information technology industry.
• Ideally, the selected providers should have a significant large-scale presence, either through a globally-distributed product/service or in the form of a very large domestic presence. For example, a large-scale telecom provider to only South America would be a good selection.
