Identify beliefs, values and behaviors that form individual and community identities and the basis for respectful relationships.

Assignment:

Reflect upon the basis of respectful relationships at work and how certain beliefs, values or behaviors can positively or negatively affect those relationships. The relationships may be between management and employees, or between employees of different skill and responsibility levels, such as engineers, technologists, technicians, skilled workers, and unskilled workers. Base your reflections on either:

(a) Your own personal experience, or that of a relative or friend, at a workplace (b) Accounts from television, newspapers, magazines, books, or the Internet.

Work as a group of maximum 4 students.

Register the names of the members of your group within one week on eCentennial/ Course Tools / Groups. Make sure you decide in advance to which group number you register, as once registered you cannot remove your name anymore.

Prepare a written report (2-3 typed pages including any illustrations), related to the course content and to your program. Have a title page with the title and the group members, an introduction, a conclusion and references. Use the dropbox to submit the report IN WORD FORMAT (one submission per group). Please be aware, the Turnit-in option will be ON.
