$1-$Saleh is in charge of developing a complex control component of a large software. After months of programming, he is still stuck with many difficulties. His man$-$ager does not seem to understand the complexity of the problem and wants the component delivered within days. Saleh uses parts of the code of a commercial

software without telling it to anyone and without mentioning it in the report. The component is delivered before the deadline.

$2-$It's time to make a decision about the kind and degree of reliability to build into

a system. Fahad describes several options to the client. Because the system is

going to cost more than planned, the client has decided to opt for a less reliable

system. Fahad knows that this means that users information can be illegimately

accessed. After discussing the matter inside the team, the manager approves the

choice of the client.

$3-$In determining requirements for a system to be used in a private university stu$-$

dents acceptance system, the director, who is from city X$,$ explains that, when

displaying applicants whose qualifications appear to match those required for a

particular college, the names of the applicants from city x are to be displayed

ahead of those from other cities.

$4-$ A company has just produced and commercialized a new software package that

incorporates the new tax laws and figures taxes for both individuals and small

businesses. The director of the company knows that the program has a number

of bugs. He also believes the first firm to put this kind of software on the market

is likely to capture the largest market share.
