1.  Identify the approach you chose, why you chose it, how you learned about it...did you have to go through a few types before you settled on the one for this assignment.
2. Chant/meditation that you chose, and the exact name, how someone could/ would find it on YouTube.
3. Explain why you chose this particular style/approach.  What resonated with you most? If you have meditated before, how does this compare with your other experiences with meditation/chanting?  For this assignment, even if you are an experienced meditator, try a different approach/technique/chant for the 10 days required.
4. Share your experience with meditating...whether you felt comfortable, why? If you found it helpful to reduce stress, anxiety, insomnia...did you find yourself falling asleep, how did you meditate/chant - lying or sitting on the floor, lying in bed, sitting on a chair, walking?
5. When and where did you meditate/chant, what time(s) seemed most helpful...less useful....was finding a private space, and a time with little or no noise or distractions difficult to attain....
6. Did you find you had to change the chant (doesn't usually happen, but sometimes you feel like you want to use a different chant..goal is to be comfortable) or approach...were you more comfortable with a more quiet technique focusing on your breath or did you find guided visualization/meditation more helpful.
