a)Two (2) of the other supervisors have heard you speaking to one of your team members who has been intimidating one of the other workers. He has been making comments about the fact that the other worker is gay. The other two supervisors tell you that you should just leave things alone and they also make a joke about the gay person.

b) You have been aware for some time that your manager regularly accepts invitations to be a guest in the corporate box of a supplier at the football. The site workers are starting to talk about this as they hear your manager talking to others about what a great time he had at the football. You hear that they intend to talk to the union representative about it.
