Because of these changes, the company wants to update their website to reect their growing presence in brick and mortar locations. Not everybody in the company has been thrilled about moving away from their online-only format. There has been tension about this change for months now. 1It'ou are conducting a workshop session to gather information for the website redesign. One of the participants in the workshop is becoming aggressive as time goes by. You notice that his body language makes him appear defensive. His arms are crossed in front of him; and he's seated away from the other participants. l-le rolls his eyes or scowls at just about everything being said. He is constantly spouting off comments like. "We shouldn't have our products in stores anyway." and \"We are growing too fast." and "This website redesign is the last thing the company should be worried about." in the middle of the workshop session. one ofthe other participants mentioned that it would be helpful for customers to have a "Find in Stores" search feature on the website. A. customer would type in their zip code, and a list of nearby locations would appear ifthey had a particular item in stock. The disruptive participant says, "This is ridiculous! We need to get back to only selling online. What is wrong with everybody?!" Unfortunately, the participant's atu'tude is rubbing off on other group members and they are now criticizing each other. The entire situation has snowballed from one disruptive participant to an all-out war between the participants. Since you are the Business Analyst, you are the leader of this elicitation session.
