Identifying which organizational structure or operation needs changing in a school setting depends on the specific challenges and goals of the institution. However, a common area that often benefits from reevaluation is the communication structure. Improving communication can enhance collaboration, efficiency, and overall school climate. At the school that I work at Communication is at its lowest point. We have no clear communication of anything that is taking place at the school. My goal as becoming an effective leader is to maintain a clear communication throughout the school. Implementing strategies such as developing a clear communication plan, leverage technology, enhance transparency and accessibility, foster two-way communication, monitor and evaluate the plan. By implementing this, the school administrations can create a more transparent, efficient, and inclusive communication environment that benefits the entire school community
