If 120.11 = 0 and 185 = 20000 then what does 162.58 equal?
Hi there, I am doing a six sigma problem and am having trouble figuring out this answer.
Essentially 120.11 is the old combination of Y1 and Y2 where the issue is already occuring at that level (a $20,000 loss in revenue) therefore I have set that number to 0, as we can only increase that number. 185 would be the combination of Y1 and Y2 that we would need to achieve the total revenue back (100%). With the new data we are only getting a Y1 and Y2 combination of 162.58, therefore how much of that $20,000 revenue would I then be receiving with the new data?
